About us

Established in 2022 and run by husband-and-wife team Max and Josie Campagna, Tekton is grounded in a simple philosophy: build it as if it were our own.

Max grew up on the lakes and has been building since 2015. He leads our crew with a genuine passion for the craft, a strong eye for detail, and a commitment to doing things right. Josie’s background in corporate HR and operations brings clarity and structure to the business. She left the tech sector and officially joined Tekton in 2024 to support communication, systems, and day-to-day operations.

Together with our small, passionate crew, we combine hands-on expertise, open communication, and a deep understanding of Muskoka’s unique building needs. Whether serving long-time residents or seasonal cottagers, we take pride in the relationships we build along the way and the spaces we leave behind.
